Monday, 2/25, 7-9pm,Who Am I?m Meditation & Teaching with Rachel Boughton
The most basic koan is the koan, “Who am I?” It’s a relative of “What’s this?” and “Who hears?” You’re trying to find the self, you, by losing the self.
But what does that mean? In its simplest form, it means to start fresh, to start right now and just be curious, who am I? It means I get to let go of all the fictions that keep me in my place and to just let this moment, and my experience of it, stand for everything.
Everything I need is right here. Everything I need follows from this.
Come and sit together, bring yourself, no credentials or stances needed, for now. Just the feeling of Spring beginning to spring, companions, and silence. Meditation, teaching and conversation.
This talk will be live streamed in case you can’t be there in person.
